Brandon’s Transformation Story
I wanted to drop a line about the CrossFit 2920 nutrition program and Allison’s help over the past couple of months.
Allison from the world ago was very supportive of my demands and schedule that I need to adhere to during the week as far as food suggestions go. She quickly did extra research and came up with ideas and places to go to eat since I eat out almost everyday.
She examined my daily eating habits and has made suggestions along the way of doing small things different. That helped a lot!
I in-turn have a higher energy levels and I have not had to deprive myself of my most favorite foods and or a bad snack here and there.
Is really easy to jump into the program when Allison is already there cheering you on and keeping you accountable.
I know I can do things better and she encourages me to do so.
Strength: Upper Body Push
1) Tabata Push Ups > Box Push ups
2) Shoulder to Over Head
5 x 5-8 reps building to heavy
2 sets strict press
2 sets push press
1 set push jerk
*Build to a point that you have to push/ Split Jerk weight on final set.
