CrossFit Is Our Specialty.

CrossFit 2920 (TNT) has a philosophy when it comes to fitness. There are no shortcuts on the road to success (or fitness in this case) and we believe in TEACHING people the importance of longevity. CrossFit is an amazing training mechanism if it is applied correctly and has perfected the “Art of CrossFit”.

TNT’s brand of CrossFit is an EXCELLENT program that emphasizes efficiency and mastering movements, which all equate to getting fit. Our standards for coaching are the highest around and each class consists of a “coach-led” dynamic warm-up or mobility sessions, followed by work that leads to either a strength movement or skill practice. Once we have put in some hard work there, it is on to the conditioning a.k.a. “metcon” followed by a brief cool down.

A note about safety: Some of the movements are complex, and every CrossFit workout will test you. That’s why safety is always TNT’s (and every one of our coaches) first priority. Every workout is scalable, so you’ll always get a challenging workout, no matter your personal fitness level.

Those who are new to CrossFit have the option to complete 5, one-on-one 45-minute Prep Course sessions with one of our experienced coaches. These sessions introduce new athletes to the basic movements of CrossFit including:

  • squat (back, overhead, and front)
  • deadlift
  • hang power clean
  • presses
  • bodyweight movements

The emphasis of these sessions are technique and introducing the relative intensity (but fun) nature of the CrossFit methodology. These one-on-one sessions will allow you to integrate EASILY and SAFELY into our regular CrossFit classes. The sessions are scheduled at a time convenient to you.

InBody: Body Composition Scan

Most people come through our doors looking to “lose weight and get toned.” The problem is that losing weight is a very ambiguous goal to set and consequently stick to. SPECIALIZED PROGRAMMING: If you are training for a specific event your coach will tailor your program to meet the needs and demands you will see in your event or sport. This will help you gain a valuable edge over your competition.

The internet is filled with diet plans, recipe plans, and other information.
