Carol Making this a life style

Just to give you a little background on how I did things….in my 20’s I didn’t pay attention to what I ate, when I ate, and started every morning with a white or blue monster. I have always been active with skiing, hiking, working out, mountain biking, etc. If I had a vacay coming up or needed to lose a few pounds all I needed to do is up my miles on my run for a few weeks or add a day of working out.
As I entered my 30s this method was NOT working! A few things hit me at once…my job wasn’t as stressful as it used to be/way better work life balance, I had plenty of time for lunch and didn’t need to eat on the run, I was getting strong and I was putting on weight without anymore muscle definition. The breaking point was the patch of cellulite I found on my legs…gasp!

Cue my intro to CF2920 Nutrition program. The team is so knowledgeable and broke the plan that’s working for me in simple terms and steps. They identified what I liked and made suggestions for the times I had to eat out. The plan is easy to follow and I do love that it’s not an all or nothing type of program. I’m human, I mess up a meal or a snack and it’s ok! 

The nutrition plan helped identify foods I liked and had an easy time preparing. Check ins and logging my food kept me accountable. I have realized, I love veggies! The team has helped me making eating well a lifestyle and NOT a diet! I’m no longer scared to ask restaurants to prepare my meal or modify a dish so it fits with the portions I need of protein, carbs, and healthy fats. I did buy a scale as I quickly realized I had no idea what the right portions for me really were.
I am so thankful for the nutrition team and their guidance-I am making progress and hitting milestones towards my goals. Best team and support system around.”
